What can I say about T7 that everyone has't? It's incredible farm to table, fresh, friendly, inexpensive... super awesome vibe in the place whether eating or around the bar. You feel like you're in one giant pinata bursting out of happiness! They have a great little brunch in the mornings with fresh brewed coffees, pastries, bagels, eggs, bacon and plenty of Newspapers! This is one of my favorite places bar none when on the island or in the region, which is quite often on business. We meet here a lot for our round table lunches. We always have a great time here. The Margaritas are always good and we usually get a pitcher! I almost always get the chicken fajita quesadilla and when we were there last week they were especially good. The chicken is always very tasty and juicy. You can really taste the chargrilled flavor. My friend always gets the Yucatan shrimp and she loves it! The restaurant is a little run down-but it's always clean. It's a beach restaurant and it's literally a short walk from the beach(that's why I included a photo of the beach)and lots of people come in shorts, tank tops and flip flops. So if you're looking for "high end" atmosphere, go somewhere else. But if you want good food and drinks at a comfortable restaurant that's right off the beach this is your place!

It doesn’t look much on the outside which is a total vibe because the inside is everything you want and more! I got the pomerita with epsolon tequila and it was by far the best margarita I have had and I have had my fair share. Service was great and friendly. Got the San Felipe tacos aka fish tacos and was not disappointed. The triple C quesadilla was shockingly spicy but in a good way! Chips were warm when served.. I have nothing but great things to say and my only wish is that I could have stayed for more margaritas!

I’ve been visiting Tower 7 since my college days—basically since right after it opened. I bought my first surfboard, a beautiful WRV from Sweet Water surf shop in 01. Over the years, I’ve watched this little spot grow and change. Every summer, without fail, I visit the beach—and I always come to Tower 7. It’s become an icon of my summers; a tradition. I've introduced it to my children who now know what Tower 7 is and ask for it. I’m 42 now, so we’re talking about 20 years of memories. If I weren't 2 hours away, I'd come to eat more often! Tower 7 has always felt like my special little hole-in-the-wall. The chips and salsa? My favorite. And the margaritas? Also my favorite! Over the last few years, I’ll admit, I noticed a slight decline—nothing major, but enough to dim the magic a little. I chalked it up to the pandemic. Outdated. The bathrooms and hallway needed renovating, the ventilation wasn’t great, the front felt cramped with all the extra seating crammed in, and the menus were outdated. Presentation of food was different. Even the vibe from the staff seemed off. But I kept coming back—because this place means something to me. I never felt it was worth not visiting, though. Yesterday was my first visit of the summer, and I was so happy to see changes. The hostess stand has been updated and is way more functional and welcoming, pushed back and kind of separates the kitchen hustle & bustle from the seating area. That crowded seating area to the right when you walk in? Gone. The hallway and bathrooms have been completely renovated, now featuring beautiful tiling and a much fresher atmosphere. I don't feel like I'm going to collide with staff going in or out of the kitchen (lol). Best of all—the energy is back. A quick tip: aim to visit around 5 p.m.—it gets packed after that, and parking along Breeza and the surrounding strip can be tough. And a word to the wise: if you’re expecting authentic, traditional Mexican food—don’t. This is Tex-Mex, and it’s good. If you’re from California, remember—you’re on the East Coast. That authentic Cali flavor you’re used to just isn’t going to be here. So please don’t come with that expectation. What you will find is good food in a surfy beach spot, with the spirit of beach life infused throughout. Surf videos play on the TVs, surfboards and logos line the walls—Tower 7 lives and breathes its location. I also have Celiac Disease, and I’ve always felt safe here. Their corn tortillas are handmade, and I’ve never had an issue/gotten sick. The staff are knowledgeable and never make me feel like a burden when I have questions or want to try something new. That matters. A lot! Just ask - there's a few sauces that aren't safe. I cherish this place. I’m genuinely glad it’s still here, still evolving, and still delivering those summer memories for me and my kids.

Yum yum YUM! Absolutely packed with long waits for a table but we got lucky with bar seats. The food was delicious! Not pictured was the chili rellano with ground beef - it was already half gone before I realized I didn't get a photo. It just smelled so good we dove right in! Definitely a bit of spice to it, but not overpowering. Their carne asada is just superb, easily the best I've had outside of Mexico. Really recommend grabbing it as a taco and pairing it with a corn tortilla. These aren't your mass produced supermarket corn tortillas! Service was good considering how crowded and busy it was, it's very difficult to walk around as they've tried to maximize seating. The hostess station wasn't front of house, we had to go on a slight adventure to find them after one of the hostesses walked right past us as we were trying to figure out where they were.

This was a recommendation from some locals and it delivered on a trip where I feel like I'm leaving an unusual number of negative reviews. This was a standout for creative menu, good and timely service, and a place we would actually visit again. Loved the margaritas, and everyone enjoyed the entrees. If it sounds good, you'll probably like it.
